- Initial training for 2-3 days in our Miami YellowTelescope headquarters – the trainee will shadow our executive team members who have averaged 70-90% in office surgery booking ratios and over $3 million in annual surgical and services sales for years. Each trainee will actually role play and learn the system alongside hands-on YellowTelescope partners
- 2-4 days of onsite training in your practice – your YellowTelescope consultant meets your team and helps them grow, works with your key trainee helping him or her learn specific duties, computer systems, in-office consultations, email and phone follow-up skills, management and organization, and more
- On-going training for years to come including weekly to bi-weekly conference calls 1-on-1 with the YT executive team, occasional national YellowTelescope training calls with other practice managers and salespeople, access to the executive team for questions and further education, quarterly doctor progress calls to review results, and more
