Dr. Eliopoulos Practice Growth Case Study

Located in the small town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, just 20 miles outside of Boston, in her 20 years of practice as a highly rated Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Eliopoulos had performed thousands of procedures with good results, retained a staff without much turnover, and ran a financially sound practice. But after 3 years of stagnation and a 0% conversion rate for same-day consultation surgery bookings, Dr. Eliopoulos knew a change was needed for growth.

Soon after this realization, Dr. Eliopoulos made an immediate connection with the YellowTelescope team in the exhibit hall at ASPS, and took it is as a sign that they might be a good fit for each other, so she decided to attend the Annual YellowTelescope Training Seminar. Not yet ready to jump in head first, she went alone. Back in Chelmsford, after the seminar had ended, Eliopoulos’ sole enthusiasm was not enough to carry the rest of the office, so she returned to the Annual Training Seminar the following year with her whole crew. Once she had her team convinced of the potential value of YT’s help, Dr. Eliopoulos couldn’t sign the YT Long Term Consulting agreement fast enough.

And when everyone returned to work the next Monday, a new electricity filled the office. Our team got to work. We flew out the practice’s existing patient coordinator for our 2-day intensive training in Miami Beach, and then we sent out our executive team, led by our President, Jon Hoffenberg, to visit the practice in Chelmsford. Within a matter of weeks, Dr. Eliopoulos’s practice went from a 0% same-day conversion rate to around 70%. It was unanimous. YT long-term consulting was the best decision they’d ever made. 

Fast forward to today, and the team now averages around 85% – 90% same-day bookings. Dr. Eliopoulos’s practice has grown by the better part of a million dollars per year annually since hiring us, and she recently signed a second long-term agreement for YT to help her recruit, train, and oversee their new non-invasive patient care coordinator who has achieved great success directly out of the gate.
